How can I order something?
It's quite simple:
1. Browse through our shop and when you see and item you like press "Add to cart".
2. When you have finished shopping, open the shopping cart by pressing the little shopping bag in the top right corner. Press "View cart" or "Check out".
3. Now we only need your address and email. After payment, your items will be packed and shipped. You will receive constant status updates throughout the whole process and are therefore always up to date.
Are your phones refurbished? Does it come in original packaging that is sealed by the manufacturer?
The phone are original an new, come in package, not sealed, as we test it and install Google Play Store or a Firmware, if you choose.
What does "Free EU Delivery" mean for you in terms of customs and shipping fees?
If shipped from our EU supplier there are no additional costs. The shipping is usually done within 2-5 days.
With which supplier will the goods be shipped?
For smartphones and tablets we prefer to use Global Priority. Global Priority always choose the best provider for your country. Usually the delivery takes about 2 weeks and there are no import costs for you.
For everything else we use Royal Mail. Shipping time ranges from 2 day to 2 weeks depending on your location.
Do I get a tracking number?
Sure. However, it usually takes 1-5 days for the tracking number to be processed before the customer can track it online.
Since we work with external service providers, this is out of our control and can sometimes take some time. Please be patient. If tracking hasn't shown after 5 days please get in touch.
Do customs fees still have to be paid on import?
Please be aware that it is the customer's responsibility to familiarize themselves with their country's applicable customs regulations and potential fees. The prices listed on our website do not include any customs duties or import VAT charged by the destination country.
We currently ship using Global Priority. With this method, the logistics partner in China handles the import fees, so customers will not face any additional charges at delivery. As our company is based in Hong Kong, a third country, VAT is not applied at the point of origin. While delivery typically takes around two weeks, this remains our most economical shipping option.
Important Note: Shipping methods like Global Priority are designed to avoid customs duties and import taxes for the customer.
EU Warehouse: For our customers in Europe, orders shipped from our EU warehouse are not subject to any import fees or customs charges.
Does my ordered device have an EU plug?
If you're ordering a Chinese smartphone, you will receive as standard a CN plug and an extra EU-AU-UK adapter with the device.
Where do the smartphones come from?
A majority of our smartphones and tablets will be shipped from our supplier in Hong Kong unless specifically labelled otherwise.
How can I cancel my order?
As long as the logistics department has not yet packed the package, you can cancel your order at any time.
Simply contact us via Chat or the contact form on our website https://orangeglowinc.com/pages/contact. Please include the order number the top of the page.
Will I receive an invoice for my ordered goods?
Yes. As soon as you have paid, the invoice is available to you via the customer area. You can download and print this at any time.
Is there a 14-day Return period?
Yes. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving the goods. To start the cancellation process, you must contact us via Chat or our contact page at https://orangeglowinc.com/pages/contact so we can inform you of the return procedure, shipping method, and any costs.
Free Cancellation Reasons:
You may cancel free of charge if:
- The item received has serious differences from its description (colour variations excluded).
The wrong model was delivered. - The device is not functional upon arrival.
Paid Cancellation (Approximately €80):
A cancellation fee applies if you cancel due to:
- Simply changing your mind (dislike).
- Not providing a reason.
Cancellation Process & Refunds:
Once you effectively cancel, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, within 14 days of receiving your cancellation notice. The refund will be issued using your original payment method at no extra charge.
We may withhold your refund until we have received the returned goods or you provide proof of their return.
You must send the goods back to us without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your cancellation.
Return Shipping Costs:
For cancellations under the free reasons, we cover all return shipping and processing costs.
For cancellations under the paid reasons (dislike/no reason), you are responsible for the return costs (approximately €80 for shipping and handling).
Important Condition for Returns:
You must compensate us for any loss in value if the returned goods are deteriorated, unless the deterioration is solely due to you inspecting the goods (as you would in a store). To avoid this, please do not use the goods as if you own them and handle them in a way that preserves their value.
What does "Ready to ship in 3-5 days" mean?
"Ready for dispatch in 3-5 days" means nothing else than that we have the device in stock or can get it within max, 5 days. After that it will be packed and shipped.
Customs duties / Customs regulations
We now ship exclusively via Global Priority. Under this method, our logistics partner in China covers all import costs, ensuring you will not be charged additional fees upon delivery. Since our company operates from Hong Kong, a third country, VAT is not applied at the origin.
This shipping option typically requires about two weeks for delivery and represents our most cost-effective solution.
Is no CE mark a problem during import?
No, the European CE mark as we know it is not a (test) "seal", but an administrative mark, which expresses the free marketability of appropriately marked industrial products in the European internal market. If you want to sell the goods as a trader, this mark is important for you. However, if you are a private person, the CE mark is not important for you and should not hinder the importation.
We even give the guarantee that every device will come to you, even if no CE mark is attached. If this is not the case, we will refund the full costs.
What are Dual-SIM Smartphones?
Dual-SIM means that you can insert two SIM cards into one mobile phone. This allows you to use two SIM cards, even from different providers, in one device.
This allows you to combine, for example, a favourable data tariff and a favourable telephone tariff, or to use foreign cards if necessary.
